Maggie Bixby is completing her 500-hour yoga teacher training at DIG Yoga, where she has been a dedicated student since September 2024. Her passion for yoga is influenced by Ayurveda, seasonal living, and whole, natural foods. Committed to helping others connect with themselves, Maggie's teaching style focuses on alignment-based vinyasa, emphasizing strength, mobility, and breath. As a teacher, she aims to support students in feeling strong, balanced, and empowered on and off the mat.

Piljo Yae is a 200-hour RYT certified by Yoga Alliance, currently pursuing a 300-hour advanced certification at Dig Yoga to achieve a 500-hour RYT. The daily practice promotes peace, loving kindness, and presence to navigate life's challenges.
